Running analysis labs with hybrid teams in Vietnam

Facilitation patterns that keep remote and on-site participants equally accountable.

Colleagues discussing work around a shared table

Hybrid cohorts fail when the room does the real work and the video call watches. We pair every on-site exercise with a remote twin: the same artifact, the same timebox, and a shared critique. Facilitators rotate attention deliberately. It is slower at first, and it produces analysis packs that both sides can defend.
