By using filecovebase.click and requesting training from Filecovebase, you agree to these terms. If you are booking on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to do so.

Services described

Pages on this site describe tech analysis training offers for informational purposes. Enrollment is confirmed only after we accept a written request or agreement covering dates, fees, and participant details.

No online payments

This website does not process payments or checkout. Invoices and payment instructions are provided separately after a consult.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse contact forms, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content for competing training products, or submit false enrollment details.

Intellectual property

Curriculum materials shared during training remain Filecovebase property unless a private cohort agreement states otherwise. Participants may reuse personal notes and assigned templates inside their organization.

Limitation of liability

Training outcomes depend on participant engagement and workplace context. To the extent permitted by Vietnamese law, Filecovebase is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or participation in training.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Ho Chi Minh City unless mandatory rules require otherwise.
